Dear Madam, Dear Sir,
We are delighted to invite you to our roundtable on the Swiss Financial Market Infrastructure Act (FMIA) and on the EU Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MIFID II). This event will focus on the impact of the Swiss regulation relating to the trading of derivatives for corporates as well as for commodities trading firms based in Switzerland.
We will open the session by an overview of FMIA and the related compliance implications, followed by a presentation from the Risk Management Expert who will share insights from a Swiss perspective as well as his practical experience in implementing MiFID II and FMIA regulations while considering the impact on business activity.
