When something goes wrong, identifying a breach is only the beginning. His expertise is focused on commercial shipping, yachting, international trade and marine insurance. He is based in our Monaco office, having relocated in 2017.<br>George specializes in dispute resolution and advisory work. His commercial shipping and yachting experience covers marine casualties,&nbsp;charterparty disputes, cargo claims, newbuild, sale and purchase, refit disputes, and marine insurance issues. George also works for bulk, metal and oil commodity traders.<br>George acts in international arbitration, both institutional arbitrations such as the LCIA and ad-hoc under the LMAA rules.
