When applied correctly, Incoterms\u00ae enhance legal certainty and help mitigate the risk of legal disputes and unforeseen additional costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This course offers a detailed examination of each Incoterms\u00ae 2020 clause and their practical implications in cross-border transactions.
