In short: it is a complex and fast-paced industry that necessitates a distinct set of skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>The Lugano Commodity Trading Association (LCTA) aims at supporting its members (and non-members) and their employees to develop the fundamental skills required to adapt to the evolving dynamics within the industry. This is achieved through <strong>specialized short courses<\/strong> focusing on specific topics, as well as an industry training program known as the <strong>Certified Commodity Trading Specialist
